  • Here, you’ll learn by doing. Many of the world’s largest tech companies call New York City home, allowing you to have hands-on internship and networking opportunities so you can gain the skills and experiences employers seek. And in addition to the lively energy of New York, you’ll have a tight-knit, supportive campus community, eager for you to thrive. 

  • You’ll take courses at the cutting edge of data analytics and technology. And you’ll take foundational courses like AI and Data-Driven Marketplaces, where you’ll learn how AI and data shape modern markets—and how to use these tools to find business opportunities. In Understanding Audiences and Users, you’ll examine how digital platforms measure users and how best to handle critical questions about policies and ethics. 

    We also offer a range of electives, allowing you to explore your interests—and find new ones—including Sports Analytics and Business Analytics. You could even explore the intersection of technology and media—and earn a secondary concentration in digital media—through courses like the Business of New Media and Social Media.

  • When you graduate, you’ll be prepared for careers at the intersection of business, analytics, and systems, including roles like an AI solutions analyst, data analyst, technology solutions developer, and customer success manager.

  • At Fordham, you’ll use AI as a tool to enhance your learning. Our program will equip you with the skills to navigate the ever-changing landscape of AI in the workforce.

    As an analytics and information technology student, you’ll harness the power of AI to enhance your work. You’ll take courses like Advanced Python with AI, where you’ll learn programming skills and fundamental AI techniques. You’ll learn how to leverage data analytics and AI to drive smarter business decisions. And you’ll emerge prepared for high-growth, in-demand roles, like an AI solutions analyst.

    You’ll also be able to earn credentials and paid micro-internships through IBM SkillsBuild’s Getting Started with AI course. All Fordham students and graduates have access to AI training through RamConnect, the University’s alumni and experiential learning platform.

    Above all, you’ll learn skills that can’t be replaced by AI, such as critical thinking, creativity, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
