New Marketplace to Open in Fall 2024
Fordham has made steady improvements in its dining offerings; now we’ll have a dining space worthy of our culinary ambitions. The existing Marketplace dining area will be completely upgraded, reimagined, and redesigned, with more menu choices to accommodate special preferences and dietary and nutritional needs.
Start the day right with your breakfast of choice. Those who prefer something light and healthy can choose from a selection of cereals, granola, fruit and yogurt; If you need something hearty there will be plenty of eggs, bacon and potatoes and a waffle bar!
The destination for healthy, vegetable forward fare that features fresh, sustainably sourced produce and proteins. A made-to-order salad bar and a dedicated vegan station that celebrate vibrant botanicals are the centerpiece of the Marketplace.
Come to the Chef’s Table for a front row seat to watch a seasonal menu take shape, expand your culinary repertoire, or learn a new technique. This dramatic destination serves a daily menu on one side and offers tastings on the other while transforming the adjacent Gallery into a “Culinary Theater.”
The interior design includes a palette of sleek but warm finishes that connect the Marketplace to the newly renovated Arcade and new building addition and contemporary furniture equipped with convenience power and USB charging so students can study and collaborate over a meal.
