Below are the contacts that are involved in the reservation, rental, and leasing of the Fordham University Facilities.

Facilities Management

Please contact Facilities Management to make reservations for:

  • Summer conferences
  • Film on Fordham’s campus
  • Lincoln Center campus
  • Assistance booking hotels in the area around Lincoln Center
  • Outdoor spaces at either Rose Hill or Lincoln Center

Richard Waite, Director, University Conference Services

Mr. Waite oversees all of the reservations for the Summer Conferences at the Rose Hill and Lincoln Center campuses. Additionally, he oversees University Conference Services, whose purview includes room reservations at the Lincoln Center Campus and academic spaces at Rose Hill and Lincoln Center for the summer.

Deborah Russelli, Director of Business Operations, Facilities Management

Ms. Russelli overseas filming and photography requests at our campuses, as well as the outdoor space requests at the Rose Hill Campus.

Richard Miranda, Manager for Events and Operations, University Conference Services

Mr. Miranda oversees the room requests of the Lincoln Center Campus. To submit internal requests, staff and faculty should use 25Live and undergraduate students should submit their requests to the Office for Student Involvement at Lincoln Center by using OrgSync.

Westchester Campus

Grant Grastorf, Academic Operations Administrator, Westchester Campus

Mr. Grastorf oversees all facilities rentals and room reservation at the Westchester Campus.

Office of Residential Life

Please contact the Office of Residential Life if you would like to discuss housing accommodations on either our Rose Hill or Lincoln Center Campus. Note: housing accommodations for non-students are only available during summer months.

Office for Student Involvement

Please contact the Office for Student Involvement if you are an undergraduate student looking to book event space for your student club or organization. Additionally, at the Rose Hill Campus, the office assists with external requests to lease event space.

Campus Ministry

Please contact Campus Ministry for reservation of the University Church Weddings at Fordham.
