Rose Hill Event Space and Meeting Rooms

Requests for space to be used for events or programs should be submitted through the Office for Student Involvement at Rose Hill. Requests should be made at least 2 weeks in advance of the requested date. Requestors will receive an email confirmation within 5 business days. The Office for Student Involvement will arrange for any audio/visual equipment needed in the McGinley Center rooms.

Spaces offered include:

  • McGinley Campus Center  Celebration of St. Patricks Day at McGinley
    • Ballroom (accommodates up to 280-550 people, based on set up)
    • Music Room (accommodates up to 30-70 people, based on set up)
    • Rose Hill Commons
      • Room 234 (accommodates up to 20-50 people, based on set up)
      • Room 235 (accommodates up to 30-70 people, based on set up)
      • Room 236 (accommodates up to 20-50 people, based on set up)
      • Rooms 234, 235, & 236 combined
        (accommodates up to 80-190 people, based on set up)
      • Room 237 (accommodates up to 60-100 people, based on set up)
  • Bepler Commons (100-199 people) Presentation in front of audience
  • Campbell Multipurpose Room
    (accommodates up to 30-100 people, based on set up)
  • Keating Hall 
    • 1st Floor Auditorium (accommodates up to 441 people) 
    • 3rd Floor Auditorium (accommodates up to 2268 people)
