Biography
Delana is a doctoral student in the History of Christianity, specializing in modern,
American Christianity. Throughout her time as a Fordham student, Delana has served as an active duty military chaplain. Her profession drives much of her research interests to include early American Pentecostalism, lived religion in modern warfare, and the interplay of church and state throughout modernity. She is especially interested in the ideals of American citizenship in the early twentieth century in relationship o the formation of Pentecostal denominations. Delana, her husband, and their two children enjoy the adventures of living new places and currently reside in Hawaii.
