Jenifer Campbell, Ed.D
Dean of Students at Lincoln Center

As Senior Director of Residential Life, Dr. Campbell is responsible for leading and managing a comprehensive Residential Life program. In addition, she assists in the coordination and development of residential life engagement opportunities for students in conjunction with the Residential Life professional and para-professional team members.

Dr. Campbell received her Ed.D in Educational Leadership, Administration, and Policy from Fordham University, New York, a MA in Student Development in Higher Education with an emphasis in Counseling from Trinity College, Washington, DC and a BA in Sociology and Business from The Catholic University of America, Washington DC.

Dr. Campbell views her work in the field of Higher Education as a privilege.  A profession that continues to bring reward and benefit from the opportunity to work with and engage students. 

Vickki Massy, MA
Associate Director of Housing Operations of Residential Life

As the Associate Director of Housing Operations, Ms. Massy is responsible for the implementation of several operational procedures essential to the Lincoln Center residence halls. These include maintaining and processing housing assignments, handling housing billing and student records. Ms. Massy is also responsible for overseeing 86 apartments at our off-campus housing complex Wilshire Plaza on West 58th Street. Wilshire Plaza housing is available for any full-time graduate or law student at Fordham University.

Vickki holds a Master's Degree in Human Development concentrating in Student Affairs and Diversity from Binghamton University and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Marketing from SUNY New Paltz. Vickki worked at the Rose Hill campus as a Full-Time Resident Director in Alumni Court South for two and a half years before moving to the Lincoln Center campus.

Kelly Sosa, M. Ed
Assistant Director of Residential Life

Kelly Sosa is a Queens, NY native skilled in residence life, crisis management, supervision, learning communities, and academic advising. At Fordham University, she is responsible for supervising the Resident Directors, overseeing educational initiatives and community building, managing assessment data, and being a liaison to other constituents at the university. Kelly is a strong education professional with a M.Ed. in Student College Personal from the Counseling and Psychology Program at Springfield College and a B.A. in Visual Arts at Fordham University. With the knowledge and skills acquired, Kelly thoroughly enjoys serving and supporting students through their collegiate career at Fordham University. 

Olga Baez, MsEd; MS
Executive Secretary

As Executive Secretary, Ms. Baez serves as the primary receptionist for the Office of Residential Life. Her duties include responding to student and parent inquiries and managing the front office.

Olga holds a Master of Education in Counseling from Fordham University. Olga is very familiar with the Residential Life department since she worked as a Resident Advisor for three years at the Marymount Campus. Olga previously worked in the Office of Career Services as an Internship and Employment Coordinator.

Chrishane N. Cunningham, M.A., LPC, NCC
Graduate Housing Manager

The Graduate Hall Manager is responsible for overseeing 89 apartments at our off-campus housing complex Wilshire Plaza on West 58th Street. Wilshire Plaza housing is available for any full-time graduate or law student at Fordham University.

Chrishane, a Chicago native, holds an MA in Counseling from Northwestern University, a BA in Psychology from Boston University, and is currently a Counseling PhD Candidate in the Graduate School of Education at Fordham University. She has a passion for mental health, social justice, and engaging with students. Chrishane has experience in residence life at both the secondary and post-secondary education levels and is excited to be a part of the Fordham Community!
