Kelly Sosa is a Queens, NY native skilled in residence life, crisis management, supervision, learning communities, and academic advising. At Fordham University, she is responsible for supervising the Resident Directors, overseeing educational initiatives and community building, managing assessment data, and being a liaison to other constituents at the university. Kelly is a strong education professional with a M.Ed. in Student College Personal from the Counseling and Psychology Program at Springfield College and a B.A. in Visual Arts at Fordham University. With the knowledge and skills acquired, Kelly thoroughly enjoys serving and supporting students through their collegiate career at Fordham University. 

Vickki Massy

As the Associate Director of Housing Operations, Ms. Massy is responsible for the implementation of several operational procedures essential to the Lincoln Center residence halls. These include maintaining and processing housing assignments, handling housing billing and student records. Ms. Massy is also responsible for overseeing 86 apartments at our off-campus housing complex Wilshire Plaza on West 58th Street. Wilshire Plaza housing is available for any full-time graduate or law student at Fordham University.

Vickki holds a Master's Degree in Human Development concentrating in Student Affairs and Diversity from Binghamton University and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Marketing from SUNY New Paltz. Vickki worked at the Rose Hill campus as a full-time Resident Director in Alumni Court South for two and a half years before moving to the Lincoln Center campus. She has also served as an Assistant Director of Residential Life at Lincoln Center for five years before becoming the Associate Director for Housing Operations.

As the Assistant Director of Residential Life, Joe oversees residential education initiatives, manages assessment and evaluation, acts as a liaison to campus partners, supervises four Resident Directors, and serves as Administrator On-Call for emergency and crisis situations. Joe holds a Master of Arts degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, with a minor in International Studies, from American University. Prior to serving as Assistant Director, Joe was Resident Director for First-Year Students in McKeon Hall for four years and Resident Director for first-year, upperclass, and law students in McMahon Hall for three and a half years.

Before joining the Res Life Ramily, Joe worked in Residence Life, International Student Services, and Career Services at universities in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. Joe's professional interests include student leadership and empowerment within underrepresented communities, international and transfer student engagement, and LGBTQIA+ issues in higher education.

Shay is a graduate of the City College of New York, having earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a minor in Art. Growing up in the Bronx, Shay has embraced the values of resilience and determination from humble beginnings. Fueled by a passion for personal and professional development, Shay is excited to continue growing in her career and has her sights set on pursuing a Master’s degree in Business. With a steadfast commitment to excellence, Shay eagerly anticipates the opportunities ahead, aspiring to utilize her communication skills to aid and support others.

The Graduate Hall Manager is responsible for overseeing 89 apartments at our off-campus housing complex Wilshire Plaza on West 58th Street. Wilshire Plaza housing is available for any full-time graduate or law student at Fordham University.

Chrishane, a Chicago native, holds an MA in Counseling from Northwestern University, a BA in Psychology from Boston University, and is currently a Counseling Ph.D., Candidate in the Graduate School of Education at Fordham University. She has a passion for mental health, social justice, and engaging with students. Chrishane has experience in residence life at both the secondary and post-secondary education levels and is excited to be a part of the Fordham Community!
