Carl van der Zandt has more than 20 years of experience in international transactions and litigation, both in Europa and in the United States.  Mr. Van der Zandt has worked as an attorney for several big law firms before starting his own firm in New York City. He specializes in assisting U.S. and foreign based companies with investments in the United States, especially in the field of technology, creative industry, and media and entertainment.
