2020 Diversity Action Plan: Addressing Racism, Educating for Justice
The protests that have occurred across the country and that have brought together people from every race, ethnicity, religious affiliation, and age group in the aftermath of the brutal killings and social injustice of the black and brown community that have been the victim of systemic racism for our entire history. There is finally a call to a national examination of conscience on race relations and on racism itself. And a call to action for Fordham.
2016 Diversity Action Plan: Response to the President's Task Force on Diversity
In 2016, the University’s Task Force on Diversity, examined Fordham’s climate and policies with regard to issues of race, representation, and inclusion. The report contains a series of recommendations touching on just about every aspect of Fordham’s life, including suggestions for structural, curricular, and policy changes.
