The 2026 Recruiting Program

The 2026 Recruiting Program facilitates recruiting of J.D. students for summer and entry-level-attorney positions. It consists of multiple segments throughout the year:

1. Resume Collect on January 12, 2026 (students should have their fall semester grades by that date) 
2. Resume Collect on February 13, 2026
3. Virtual Interview program ("Spring VIP") for four weeks in February and March
4. Resume Collect on March 20, 2026
5. Resume Collect on April 10, 2026
6. Resume Collect on June 12, 2026 (students should have their spring semester grades by that date)
7. Virtual Interview Program ("Summer VIP") on July 1, 2026; 
8. Resume Collect on August 14, 2026
9. Virtual Interview Program ("Fall VIP") for six weeks in September and October; and
10. Resume Collect on September 18, 2026.

There is no registration fee, nor any per-schedule fees, to participate in any segment of the 2026 Recruiting Program.

For each of these segments, registering employers will indicate which class year(s) they wish to interview and which application materials they wish each applicant to submit.

Interview schedules for Spring, Summer and Fall VIP will be 100% employer-selected. 

Special Note for Employers Recruiting First Year Law Students (Classes of 2028/29)

Employers interested in recruiting first year students for their 2026 summer programs may use any of the above segments that take place during the spring 2026 semester.

Employers interested in recruiting first year students for their 2027 summer programs may not use Spring VIP, but may use any of the other segments of the 2026 Recruiting Program.
