Aryeh Zuber

Adjunct Professor of Law

Aryeh Zuber graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2006, where he served as the Comment Editor for the Journal of Labor and Employment Law.  While attending law school, Aryeh earned a certificate of Business and Public Policy from the Wharton School of Business and clerked for Justice Hermann Cahn of the New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division.

Since graduating law school, Aryeh has worked for Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Dechert LLP.  While at S&C, Aryeh was seconded to the litigation department of Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Aryeh has been recognized for his pro-bono service work at each of his firms, and has been identified as a "rising star" by New York Super Lawyers since 2013.

Aryeh has published widely on a variety of topics relating to Employment and ERISA law, including on matters relating to the DOL Fiduciary Rules, ERISA preemption, pay equity, the SEC clawback rules and the enforceability of restrictive covenant agreements.

Aryeh recently chaired the UJA Young Lawyers Division and leads a monthly ERISA lunch group for ERISA practitioners.
