Michael Graif is a Partner at Brown Rudnick LLP. Michael has been recognized by the World Trademark Review’s WTR 1000 for thirteen consecutive years as a top trademark enforcement and prosecution attorney in New York. His practice focuses on trademark and copyright enforcement, technology transactions and licensing, artificial intelligence, trade secrets, fair use, and online brand protection, including social media, publicity and domain name issues. As a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Michael also advises his clients on data and privacy rights. Graif received a BSE in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania magna cum laude in 1988 and his law degree from the University of Toronto.
