Dyer Halpern currently serves as Chief of the Public and Law Enforcement Integrity Bureau at the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office, where Dyer leads investigations and prosecutions of public officials and collaborates on public integrity reform. Previously, Dyer was General Counsel for Duel Group, Inc., an e-sports technology startup, overseeing legal operations and human resources.

Dyer also founded Delve PLLC, an investigative law firm, successfully co-counseling a not-guilty verdict against the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York. He was briefly Supervising Attorney for the Manhattan Criminal Courts as well.

Dyer's extensive experience also spans over a decade at the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office. As Chief of the Tax and Organizational Fraud Unit, Dyer created and led a diverse unit prosecuting large-scale tax evasion and fraud, recovering millions in revenue through joint federal and state operations. Dyer also conducted one of the country's first cryptocurrency prosecutions and successfully tried over two dozen criminal cases. He led multiple successful wiretaps.

Recognized as "Prosecutor of the Year" by Homeland Security Investigations in 2018, Dyer is an LGBT Bar Member and a freelance journalist. Dyer holds a JD from the Fordham University School of Law and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, among other courts. He once worked for the Philadelphia Phillies where he started College Night, which was a ballpark tradition for many years.
