Roger A. Milici Jr.

Vice President for Development and University Relations

Roger joined Fordham in 2009. As the vice president for development and university relations, he led the successful completion of Excelsior | Ever Upward | The Campaign for Fordham. The historic half-billion-dollar campaign helped the University create more than 220 scholarships, build residence halls for 800-plus students, raise the number of endowed chairs to 72, transform Hughes Hall into the Gabelli School of Business headquarters at Rose Hill, and construct the iconic new Fordham Law School and Residence Hall.

Milici oversees Fordham’s development, marketing and communications, special events, stewardship, advancement, and alumni relations teams. He was previously the senior director of development and alumni relations at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University for eight years. He began his career in the United Way system and served as president and chief professional officer of a Connecticut United Way.

Milici was born and raised in New Haven, Connecticut. He earned a BA in international affairs and an MA in social and public policy at Duquesne University. He also studied in the divinity program at the University of Notre Dame as a seminarian with the Congregation of Holy Cross. He and his wife, Frances, live in Connecticut with their two daughters, Finula Frances and Annabella Rose.
