Through these events, CLIP seeks to engage academics, policy makers, practitioners, technologists and students in a dialogue about the role of law in the information society
With a variety of events targeted at diverse audiences, CLIP hopes to:
- Stimulate discussion about the evolving regulatory framework
- Support academic inquiry in the area of information law
- Encourage an exchange of ideas and concerns among academics, policy makers and practitioners
- Expose future lawyers and policy makers to the major issues affecting the information society
