If your old phone is lost, stolen, already traded in, or otherwise unavailable, or your credential remains in a Revoking status, contact the IT Service Desk at 718-817-3999 for assistance.

Important: Do not repeatedly try to add your Fordham ID to your new phone while the previous credential is still being removed.

  • This message may appear if your Fordham ID in Wallet is still associated with a previous device.

If you still have access to your previous phone, make sure the existing credentials have been removed before attempting to add your Fordham ID in Wallet to your new phone.

If you no longer have access to the previous device, have already removed the credential, or continue receiving the message, contact IT Support for assistance.

  • Use the Google Account associated with Google Wallet on the phone where you want to use your Fordham ID. This does not have to be your Fordham email address.

During setup, if prompted, you can choose to sign in with a different Google Account and select the account associated with the Google Wallet you intend to use.
