New Student Orientation at Lincoln Center

Congratulations New Students!

A group of 20 current student volunteers at new student orientation.

Welcome to the Ramily! The Orientation team is here to aid your transition to student life at Fordham's Lincoln Center campus

New Student Orientation Programs

These programs introduce new students to different aspects of academics, student life, and transition guidance to enhance their college experience.

Summer Orientation Programs

In direct response to COVID-19, Fordham University has officially made the decision that the Summer Orientation Programs (SOPs) at Lincoln Center will be hosted virtually. Despite this shift in platform, we continue to plan on providing incoming undergraduate students and their families with helpful information about the transition to Fordham.

Fall Orientation*

  • Sunday, August 23 - Tuesday, August 25, 2020

*We know that the ongoing health emergency has posed unprecedented challenges-- all of us are living in the most unusual circumstances at the moment. While we are actively planning toward the goal of hosting both the Commuter and Transfer BBQ and the Fall Orientation Programs on the scheduled dates (as noted above above), we will continue to carefully monitor changing conditions in New York State and will provide you with updates about these programs and the prudent safety measures we are preparing.

All in person New Student Orientation Programs take place at the Lincoln Center campus, with entrances located on the corner of W 60th St and Columbus Avenue and 140 W 62nd St between Columbus and Amsterdam Ave. If you have any questions, please contact New Student Orientation at 212-636-6260 or email
