Sponsor a Finals Breakfast
Our Office of Student Affairs ("OSA") provides food to our students when they take their spring semester exams. OSA will provide continental breakfast before morning exams, light lunch snacks before afternoon exams, and even an evening snack when there is an evening exam. We are pleased to offer employers the opportunity to sponsor one of those Final Exam meals.
The fee for such a sponsorship is $2,000.00. Sponsoring employers are encouraged to send an organization poster (so that students are aware that the firm is sponsoring that meal), marketing materials for students to take away, and/or a small assortment of giveaways, such as stress balls, highlighters, Post-It notes, etc., to be made available to students at the food location.
The dates on which 1L exams will be administered in the Spring 2024 semester are:
- Friday, May 3 (morning)
- Monday, May 6 (morning and afternoon)
- Wednesday, May 9 (morning and afternoon)
- Friday, May 10 (morning and afternoon)
As a result, there are seven opportunities for employer sponsorships. Employers interested in sponsoring a Final Exam meal on one of those dates should indicate their interest by filling out this online form no later than Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at 5:00 PM. All employers will receive an email by Friday, April 5, 2024 letting them know whether they have garnered a sponsorship and if so, the date of their sponsorship.
If the number of employer requests exceeds the number of available sponsorships, we will use a lottery to determine which employers will be awarded the sponsorship.
