Sponsor a Finals Breakfast

Our Office of Student Affairs ("OSA") provides food to our students when they take their final exams. OSA will provide continental breakfast before morning exams, light lunch snacks before afternoon exams, and even an evening snack when there is an evening exam.  We are pleased to offer employers the opportunity to sponsor one of those Final Exam meals.
 
The fee for such a sponsorship is $2,500.00.  (Total amount is tax-deductible; no goods or services will be received by the firm.) Benefits include:

• Signage acknowledging the sponsor's gift will be posted at the site of the food so that students are aware that the firm is sponsoring that meal;
• Sponsoring employers may also send marketing materials for students to take away, and/or a small assortment of giveaways, such as stress balls, highlighters, Post-It notes, etc., to be made available to students at the food location.  

Fall 2026 Semester 

The dates on which 1L exams will be administered in the Fall 2026 semester are:

• Thursday, December 10 (morning and afternoon)
• Monday, December 14 (morning and afternoon)
• Wednesday, December 16 (morning and afternoon)

As a result, there are sixopportunities for employer sponsorships this semester. Employers interested in sponsoring a Final Exam meal on one of those dates should indicate their interest by filling out this online form no later than Monday, October 26, 2026 at 5:00 PM. All employers will receive an email by Wednesday, October 28, 2026 letting them know whether they have garnered a sponsorship and if so, the date of their sponsorship.

If the number of employer requests exceeds the number of available sponsorships, we will use a lottery to determine which employers will be awarded the sponsorships.

Spring 2027 Semester

The Spring 2027 Final Exam schedule is not yet available. Details about dates and sponsorships for Spring 2027 Finals Breakfasts will be posted at a later date.
