When Compliance Meets Human Behavior

This cutting-edge program teaches leaders how behavioral science and cultural psychology can help re-imagine their approach to key compliance challenges.
Under the guidance of seasoned industry professionals, participants will:
- Gain new insights into the psychology of compliance and human behavior in the workplace
- Better manage the uncertainty of shifting priorities and a changing enforcement landscape
- Acquire a set of tools for designing more effective compliance interventions
- Have more confidence operating in a complex, modern-day organization

The interactive program features engaging sessions that focus on experiential learning, including case studies, group exercises and human-centered design workshops. Participants will have opportunities to network, learn from their peers, and tackle their own challenges in real-time during guided exercises. Attendees will leave the course well equipped to re-energize compliance design and strategy discussions in their own organizations.
Participants who meet the attendance requirement will receive a certificate of completion after the program has concluded.
