Daniel Kessler

Dan Kessler is the senior professional support lawyer for the Americas M&A/Corporate Practice at White & Case LLP. Mr. Kessler maintains and develops the Practice's knowledge resources, including standard form documentation, CLE training and current developments updates. Prior to his current position, Mr. Kessler was counsel in the New York Office. His practice focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions transactions and related financings. Mr. Kessler has represented purchasers and sellers in structuring, negotiating and documenting mergers and acquisitions, including public, private and highly-leveraged transactions. His clients include numerous corporations and private equity groups.
