Daniel L. Palmisano

Adjunct Professor of Law

Daniel joined the New York State Unified Court System in 2017. He is currently the Principal Law Clerk to a New York State Supreme Court Justice in New York County.

Daniel is assigned to an Individual Assignment System Part, where he works on civil and commercial cases. His workload includes a range of administrative duties, directing and overseeing discovery conferences with the parties in an action, and drafting decisions and orders on behalf of the Judge.

Daniel is also involved in local bar associations, including the Columbian Lawyers Association (First Department), where he serves as a board member, and the Metropolitan Black Bar Association, where he served as a Co-Chief of Staff to the President.

Daniel obtained an undergraduate degree from George Washington University in 2009 and a law degree from Rutgers Law School in 2013.
