Molly is a Clinical Teaching Fellow in the Federal Litigation Clinic. She has represented individuals and institutions in criminal and civil matters, with a focus on criminal defense, regulatory enforcement, and prisoner civil rights litigation.  From 2020 to 2026, Molly served as an adjunct professor at Fordham, teaching First-Year Legal Research and Writing. In 2026, Molly was named the Adjunct Teacher of the Year.

Prior to joining Fordham as a Fellow, Molly worked for ten years as a litigator in New York City. During her time in private practice, Molly litigated federal and state criminal and civil rights cases at both the federal and state levels.  Molly’s criminal defense practice focused on representing clients in connection with investigations and prosecutions by various state and federal agencies on matters involving allegations of assault, murder, RICO conspiracy, gun possession, fraud, market manipulation, insider trading, and regulatory violations.  In her civil rights practice, Molly has represented individuals seeking post-conviction relief, challenging their conditions of confinement, seeking damages and systemic change for matters involving misconduct by law enforcement and correction officers, and advocating for individuals facing the enmeshed consequences of a criminal conviction.  In addition to her civil rights work, Molly has plaintiff and defense-side experience in sexual and workplace misconduct and discrimination, complex commercial litigation, and has represented parties and amici at the appellate level.

Molly served as a law clerk to the Honorable Cathy Seibel of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York from 2017 to 2018.

Molly is an active member at the New York City Bar Association, where she has served on the Civil Rights Committee (2025 through present) and the Mass Incarceration Task Force (2022 through 2026). Molly was elected as a co-chair of the Civil Rights Committee for a three-year term, from 2026 through 2029.

Molly is a 2016 graduate of Fordham Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude, was a member of the Order of the Coif, an associate editor of the Fordham Law Review, where she published an article titled Alternative Courts and Drug Treatment, 24 Fordham L. Rev. 1, served on the executive board of Fordham’s Moot Court Board, and was a recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and French from New York University.
