  • Will teach Corporate Transactions: Finance And Litigation.

  • Has taught  Legal Aspects of Corporate Finance for  eighteenth years at Fordham Law School; taught the same course for nineteen years as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the New York University School of Law.

  • Adviser to the 2018 Regional Runner-up Fordham Law School Team in the National  Law Meets Transaction Moot Court Type Competition. 

  • Mediator and Arbitrator of business, corporate, complex commercial and securities law disputes. Financial and business advisor in connection with various corporate transactions.

  • Over thirty years as an attorney representing major United States and European corporations in cross border domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, corporate finance transactions, consensual debt restructurings, bankruptcy reorganizations and other significant corporate matters.
