Ram Van Shuttle Calendar and Schedules

Ram Van's schedule varies depending on the day of the week and time of year. Use this calendar to determine which schedule we will run on any day. Then use the accordion below the calendar to determine the exact service schedule for that type of day.

  • Monday - Wednesday

    Departing Rose Hill

    6:15 AM | 7 AM, then every half hour on the half-hour with the last two scheduled departures from Rose Hill bound for Lincoln Center at 10:30 PM | 11 PM.

    Departing Lincoln Center

    7:15 AM | 8 AM, then every half hour on the half-hour with the last two scheduled departures from Lincoln Center bound for Rose Hill at 11:30 PM | 12 AM.

    Office Hours

    The office opens at 6 AM and closes shortly after 12 AM. The administrative staff is typically available from 8 AM to 7 PM.

    Thursday

    Departing Rose Hill

    6:15 AM | 7 AM, then every half hour on the half-hour with the last two scheduled departures from Rose Hill bound for Lincoln Center at 10:30 PM | 11 PM. Beginning at 11 PM, vans run hourly, with the last vans departing RH at 2 AM | 3 AM.

    Departing Lincoln Center

    7:15 AM | 8 AM, then every half hour on the half-hour with the last two scheduled departures from Lincoln Center bound for Rose Hill at 11:30 PM | 12 AM. Beginning at 12 AM, vans run hourly, with the last vans departing LC at 3 AM | 4 AM.

    Office Hours

    The office opens at 6 AM and closes shortly after 4 AM. The administrative staff is typically available from 8 AM to 7 PM.

    Friday

    Departing Rose Hill

    6:15 AM | 7 AM, then every half hour on the half-hour with the last two scheduled departures from Rose Hill bound for Lincoln Center at 2:30 AM | 3 AM.

    Departing Lincoln Center

    7:15 AM | 8 AM, then every half hour on the half-hour with the last two scheduled departures from Lincoln Center bound for Rose Hill at 3:30 AM | 4 AM.

    Office Hours

    The office opens at 6 AM and closes shortly after 4 AM. The administrative staff is typically available from 8 AM to 7 PM.

    Saturday

    Departing Rose Hill

    7:30 AM | 8 AM, then every half hour on the half-hour with the last two scheduled departures from Rose Hill bound for Lincoln Center at 2:30 AM | 3 AM.

    Departing Lincoln Center

    8:30 AM | 9 AM, then every half hour on the half-hour with the last two scheduled departures from Lincoln Center bound for Rose Hill at 3:30 AM | 4 AM.

    Office Hours

    The office opens at 7 AM and closes shortly after 4 AM. The administrative staff is typically available from 10 AM to 6 PM.

    Sunday

    Departing Rose Hill

    8 AM | 9 AM then every half hour on the half-hour with the last two scheduled departures from Rose Hill bound for Lincoln Center at 10 PM | 11 PM.

    Departing Lincoln Center

    9 AM | 10 AM then every half hour on the half-hour with the last two scheduled departures from Lincoln Center bound for Rose Hill at 11 PM | 12 AM.

    Office Hours

    The office opens at 8 AM and closes shortly after 12 AM.

     

  • Break Schedule

    Departing Rose Hill

    A van will depart RH at 7 AM, 8 AM, 9 AM, and 10 AM. After the 10 AM van from RH, service will pause from RH until 2 PM. Once service resumes, a van will leave RH at 2 PM, 3 PM, 4 PM, and 5 PM. Vans will not be running every half hour.

    Departing Lincoln Center

    A van will depart LC at 8 AM, 9 AM, 10 AM, and 11 AM. After the 11 AM van from LC, service will pause from LC until 3 PM. Once service resumes, a van will leave LC at 3 PM, 4 PM, 5 PM, and 6 PM. Vans will not be running every half hour.

    There will be no LC shuttle service on the weekends during spring break. No service dates: March 12th and March 18th.

    Calder Center service will operate on its regular schedule.

    The Ram Van office will be open from 7 AM to approximately 7 PM.

  • The below schedule will be in effect on the following dates:

    • Columbus Day: October 10, 2022
    • Martin Luther King Jr. Day: January 16, 2023
    • Presidents' Day: February 20, 2023
    • End of Spring Break: March 19, 2023
    • Easter Monday: April 10, 2023

    Holiday Schedule

    Departing Rose Hill

    8 AM | 8:30 AM then every half an hour on the half-hour with the last two scheduled departures from Rose Hill bound for Lincoln Center at 10:30 PM | 11 PM.

    Departing Lincoln Center

    9 AM | 9:30 AM then every half an hour on the half-hour with the last two scheduled departures from Lincoln Center bound for Rose Hill at 11:30 PM | 12 AM.

  • Special Holiday Schedule
     

    Departing Rose Hill

    Vans depart every hour on the hour from 8:00 AM to 5 PM.

    Departing Lincoln Center

    Vans depart every hour on the hour from 9 AM to 6 PM.

    Please note the following important facts about this schedule when planning your travel:

    • Beginning July 7th–August 11th, 2023, there will be no Ram Van service on Fridays, as the University is closed.
    • Due to graduate school commencement ceremonies, there will be no regular Ram Van service on May 22nd and 23rd.
    • THERE WILL BE NO SERVICE ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 24TH.
    • The University will be closed on May 29th for Memorial Day. There will be no service on this day.
    • The University will be closed on June 19th for Juneteenth. There will be no service on this day.
    • The University will be closed on July 4th for Independence Day. There will be no service on this day.
    • There is no service on Saturday, August 26th.

    Departing Rose Hill

    7:00 AM | 7:30 AM, then every half-hour on the half-hour with the last two scheduled departures from Rose Hill bound for Lincoln Center at 10:30 PM | 11 PM.

    Departing Lincoln Center

    8 AM | 8:30 AM, then every half-hour on the half-hour with the last two scheduled departures from Lincoln Center bound for Rose Hill at 11:30 PM | 12 AM.
