Ram Van Shuttle: Departmental Discount Books

Departments may purchase digital discount books via an interdepartmental budget transfer. A digital discount book costs $35 and includes 12 tickets, but for the price of 10 tickets. A certified Fordham budget administrator must submit requests.

• To request discount books, please use this form.
• A verification email with the total billable cost will be sent upon submission to the email address listed. The budget administrator must click the "Verify Charge" button to finalize the request.
• Each Discount Book purchased will result in 12 individual emails sent to your inbox. We highly recommend you set up an email filter or folder to organize your Ram Van discount book tickets. Please see our tutorial on keeping all of your tickets organized via Gmail’s labeling feature.

Electronic Discount Book tickets can be used in several ways:

• You may print the ticket with the QR code and physically distribute the ticket.
• A Ram Van driver may scan the QR code attached to each ticket at departure time.
• You may pre-pay for a seat using the pre-validation code included in your ticket information.
• You may email forward a ticket to the end-user, who can then choose one of the above options.
