Visual Arts Grants and Awards
We offer grants and awards to juniors and seniors who demonstrate outstanding artistic achievement and community involvement.
Travel Grants
Travel grants are offered to sophomores, juniors, and first-semester seniors for independent research. Up to four Ildiko Butler Travel Awards are given annually for work in the medium of photography. Susan Lipani Travel Awards are given to two students to pursue research in other concentrations. Applications for these travel grants are due in April and are reviewed by the entire Visual Arts faculty. Contact the Visual Arts Program Director for more information on compiling your portfolio and submitting your itinerary, budget, and other required information.
