Summer 2026 Housing Information
Summer Housing Deposit
- $50 nonrefundable deposit
- Deposits will be accepted between Tuesday, April 7 - Friday, April 17 at 5pm
- The deadline for Summer housing deposits is April 17 at 5pm
How to Make Your Deposit:
- In order to deposit, students need to go to My.Fordham.edu and select Housing Deposit Payment in the housing channel. Please be sure to deposit $50 for SUMMER 2026 and not another year or amount.
- Summer Housing Applications will be available on Monday, April 20 at 12pm and will need to be submitted by Wednesday, April 29, at 5pm
- Summer Housing will ONLY be guaranteed to students who deposit for Summer 2026.
Other Important Information
- Summer Housing Applications must be completed between Monday, April 20 at 12pm to Wednesday, April 29 at 5pm
- First Come - First Served: Lincoln Center Summer Housing as well as Rose Hill summer housing are first come-first served; however, priority will be given to students taking classes.
- Current resident students at Lincoln Center will need to be available from Wednesday, 5/13 through Sunday, 5/24 to move into their summer assignment. If you cannot move during this time frame, you will need to move out all of your belongings and return to campus on Sunday, May 24 for Summer Session 1 move in.
- Commuters need to email the Office of Residential Life at [email protected] in order to fill out the application.
- Any student who submits a summer housing application and withdraws will lose their $50 deposit.
- Rose Hill students are not permitted to stay at LC for Intersession and must move out at the end of Summer Session 2 (no exceptions)
- Rose Hill students looking to stay at Lincoln Center for the summer will need to follow the Rose Hill summer application process since they indicate the sessions they are interested in staying in housing and the campus they want to reside on.
Undergraduate Dates and Rates
- Summer Session I: May 24- June 26
- Move in: Sunday, May 24 at noon
- Move out: Friday, June 26 by noon
- Double room rate: TBA
- Single room rate: TBA
- Summer Session II: June 29 - August 5
- Move in: Monday, June 29 from 6-9pm
- Move out: Wednesday, August 5 by noon
- Double room rate: TBA
- Single room rate: TBA
- Intersession: August 6 - August 22
- Move in: Wednesday, August 6 thru Saturday, August 22
- Double room rate: TBA
- Single room rate: TBA
- Important: Intersession residents must have a Fall 2026 assignment in McMahon Hall or they may not stay for Intersession at LC)
- LC Students will need to be housing for summer session 2 to sign up for Intersession.
