Summer Housing at Lincoln Center

Summer 2023 Housing Information

All non-graduating Fordham undergraduate students and current resident Fordham law students are eligible to apply to summer housing as long as they are taking classes or participating in an internship.

Summer Housing Deposit

  • $50 nonrefundable deposit
  • Deposits will be accepted between Monday, 4/8 - Friday, 4/19
  • The deadline for Summer housing deposits is Friday, April 19.

How to Make Your Deposit:

  • In order to deposit, students need to go to My.Fordham.edu and select Housing Deposit Payment in the housing channel. Please be sure to deposit $50 for SUMMER 2024 and not another year or amount.
  • Summer Housing Applications will be available on Monday, 4/22 and will need to be submitted by Friday, 4/26 before 5pm.
  • Summer Housing will ONLY be guaranteed to students who deposit for Summer 2024.

Other Important Information

  • Summer Housing Applications must be completed between Monday, 4/22 thru Friday, 4/26 at 5pm
  • First Come - First Served: Lincoln Center Summer Housing as well as Rose Hill summer housing are first come-first served; however, priority will be given to students taking classes.
  • Current resident students at Lincoln Center will need to be available from Wednesday, 5/15 through Sunday, 5/26 to move into their summer assignment. If you cannot move during this time frame, you will need to move out all of your belongings and return to campus on Sunday, May 28 for Summer Session 1 move in.
  • Commuters need to email the Office of Residential Life at [email protected] in order to fill out the application.
  • Any student who submits a summer housing application and withdraws will lose their $50 deposit.
  • Rose Hill students are not permitted to stay at LC for Intersession and must move out at the end of Summer Session 2 (no exceptions)
  • Rose Hill students looking to stay at Lincoln Center for the summer will need to follow the Rose Hill summer application process since they indicate the sessions they are interested in staying in housing and the campus they want to reside on.

Undergraduate Dates and Rates

  • Summer Session I: Sunday, May 26 - Friday, June 28
    • Move-in between 12pm- 6pm
    • Move out by 12 p.m., no exceptions
    • Double room rate: $1,440
    • Single room rate: $1,690 (limited spaces)
  • Summer Session II: Monday, July 1- Wednesday, August 7
    • Move-in between 6pm-9pm
    • Move out by 12 p.m., no exceptions
    • Double room rate: $1,440
    • Single room rate: $1,690 (limited spaces)
  • Intersession: Thursday, August 8- Sunday, August 25
    • Move in between 12pm- 5pm
    • Double room rate: $575.00
    • Single room rate: $675.00
    • Important: Intersession residents must have a Fall 2024 assignment in McMahon Hall or they may not stay for Intersession at LC)
    • LC Students will need to be housing for summer session 2 to sign up for Intersession.
