Summer 2025 Housing Information
Summer Housing Deposit
- $50 nonrefundable deposit
- Deposits will be accepted between Tuesday, April 1 at 12pm to Monday, April 14 at 5pm
- The deadline for Summer housing deposits is April 14 at 5pm
How to Make Your Deposit:
- In order to deposit, students need to go to My.Fordham.edu and select Housing Deposit Payment in the housing channel. Please be sure to deposit $50 for SUMMER 2025 and not another year or amount.
- Summer Housing Applications will be available on Wednesday, April 16, at 12pm and will need to be submitted by Wednesday, April 30, at 5pm
- Summer Housing will ONLY be guaranteed to students who deposit for Summer 2025.
Other Important Information
- Summer Housing Applications must be completed between Wednesday, April 16 at 12pm to Wednesday, April 30 at 5pm
- First Come - First Served: Lincoln Center Summer Housing as well as Rose Hill summer housing are first come-first served; however, priority will be given to students taking classes.
- Current resident students at Lincoln Center will need to be available from Wednesday, 5/14 through Sunday, 5/25 to move into their summer assignment. If you cannot move during this time frame, you will need to move out all of your belongings and return to campus on Sunday, May 25 for Summer Session 1 move in.
- Commuters need to email the Office of Residential Life at [email protected] in order to fill out the application.
- Any student who submits a summer housing application and withdraws will lose their $50 deposit.
- Rose Hill students are not permitted to stay at LC for Intersession and must move out at the end of Summer Session 2 (no exceptions)
- Rose Hill students looking to stay at Lincoln Center for the summer will need to follow the Rose Hill summer application process since they indicate the sessions they are interested in staying in housing and the campus they want to reside on.
Undergraduate Dates and Rates
- Summer Session I: May 25th - June 27th
- Move-in: Sunday, May 25, 12 pm - 6 pm
- Move out: Friday, June 27 before noon
- Double room rate: TBA
- Single room rate: TBA
- Summer Session II: June 29th - August 6th
- Move-in: Sunday, June 29, 6-9 pm
- Move out: Wednesday, August 6 before noon
- Double room rate: TBA
- Single room rate: TBA
- Intersession: August 7- August 24
- Move in: Thursday, August 7 thru Sunday, August 24
- Double room rate: TBA
- Single room rate: TBA
- Important: Intersession residents must have a Fall 2025 assignment in McMahon Hall or they may not stay for Intersession at LC)
- LC Students will need to be housing for summer session 2 to sign up for Intersession.
