Faculty Director - Prof. Richard Squire
Professor Squire holds the Alpin J. Cameron Chair in Law at Fordham, he has been a member of Fordham’s faculty since 2006 and focusses his teaching and research on issues in corporate law, corporate bankruptcy, antitrust, and securities regulation.

Director – Abigail Marcus
Abigail obtained her BA and LLB degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, and her LLM from NYU School of Law. Abigail is a candidate for the Doctor of Juridical Sciences at Fordham; her research focusses on issues in corporate law, private enforcement, and grand corruption.
Prior to joining Fordham, Abigail was an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins LLP, where she was a member of the firm’s banking and leveraged finance group.
