National Security Law
Fordham Law is a leading hub for research and scholarship on the legal dimensions of national security.
At Fordham Law School, students can choose from a broad curriculum that explores a wide range of contemporary issues in national security law, from international law and customs law to cybersecurity and immigration law.
Fordham Law’s full-time and affiliated faculty are leaders in advancing knowledge of the critical legal and ethical challenges within national security, including issues of economic warfare, intelligence gathering, cybersecurity, and the use of force.
Through the Law School’s centers and institutes, student-edited journals including the Fordham Law Review and the Fordham International Law Journal, and a robust calendar of symposia and events, Fordham is fostering a constructive dialogue on national security issues by engaging with government agencies, private sector entities, non-profit organizations, and the public.
