Renovated in 2016, Faber Hall houses 70 first-year and transfer students in primarily double rooms across two floors, with the potential for expansion in the future.

Living in Loschert Hall, you are steps away from Fordham's beautiful Rose Hill campus and the vibrant energy of the Bronx. Loschert Hall accommodates 240 first-year and limited upperclassmen students in double and triple bedrooms across four stories of corridor living.

The newly renovated Loyola Hall Residential College houses approximately 125 first-year students in the Manresa Scholars Program across a thoughtfully designed living and learning environment.

This four-story residence hall is home to approximately 300 first-year students. Martyrs’ Court LaLande/Goupil features multiple small community and quiet study lounges, a kitchen, and laundry facilities. LaLande Hall houses a large common lounge.

Queen's Court Residential College, an intentional community of up to 150 residents, was established to assist in the integration of first-year students into University life.

The Residential College at Tierney Hall is home to 150 students, including upperclass students and new students. Living in Tierney Hall, you are part of a close-knit residential college community where students, faculty, and staff work together to create a meaningful and intentional living experience on Fordham's Rose Hill campus.
