Booking Travel for Yourself

All travel for University business should be booked through the University Travel Program.  Travel can be booked in Concur or through the University's travel agency, World Travel.  Basic reservations for air, hotel, and car can be made online using Concur.

If you have more complex travel needs, such as a multi-leg trip or international travel, or would simply prefer assistance from a travel consultant, contact Fordham's dedicated travel agent team at World Travel.

Book travel in Concur 

  • Review grant sponsor requirements if your travel is grant supported by sponsored funds. 
  • If necessary, be sure you have your supervisor's approval to take the trip and coordinate with the appropriate business manager to ensure funds are available. 
  • When you are ready to proceed, log in to Concur.

    • Log in to Concur.

    • Go to Profile Settings > Frequent Traveler Networks.

    • Add your Marriott Bonvoy Number under Hotel Loyalty Programs.

  3. Book via Concur: Once linked, your Silver Elite status and Fordham negotiated rates will apply automatically to future bookings made through Concur or World Travel, Inc.
