Appointment decisions are all to be processed using Interfolio.

Tenure/Tenure-Track faculty planning to apply for promotion should notify their Chair by May 15th; Chair should notify OFA so that an Interfolio case may be created to begin the external evaluation process.

Personnel Schedule: Non-Tenure Track Part-Time Faculty 

Contracts are for payment processing using the Banner FLAC system on a semester basis. These are processed separately from appointments that decide an adjuncts status at the university. Fall reviews are for those adjuncts who are to be considered for presumption for the first time in their service. Spring reviews are for two groups; a) adjuncts who are to gain presumption as of the Spring semester; b) adjuncts whose current appointments are up for renewal.
