Ignatian Spirituality and Yoga offers a quiet and reflective opportunity to pray with your body in a most holy and sacred space. It weaves the art and practice of movement, reflection and meditation, and spiritual exercise.
No experience is necessary; All students, faculty, and staff are welcome!

Ignatian Spirituality and Yoga
Tuesdays, 4:00 p.m. | Our Lady's Chapel
Join us each Tuesday for a gentle, reflective yoga practice grounded in Ignatian spirituality. This weekly session offers a space to connect body, mind, and spirit through movement, breath, and prayer.
Note that there will be no classes offered on any day that the University closes, whether for holidays or inclement weather.
