Using the Virtual Office Desktop
-
For an optimal experience with the virtual office desktop, make sure you have a high-speed Internet connection. WiFi may be used, but a wired connection is best. Smartphone hotspots are not recommended.
-
When you use the virtual office desktop for the first time, you may elect to use the Cloud Mounter to access large files from cloud storage services such as OneDrive and Google Drive. For detailed instructions, see step 5 in the Virtual Office Desktop Quick Access Guide.
-
Save your work frequently to your desktop or documents folder on your hard drive, especially if your network connection is unreliable. This will ensure access to those files even when your session is disrupted due to a poor network connection.
