RamDocs, powered by Formstack, offers a robust solution for creating simple forms and approval workflows. This intuitive software goes beyond basic form and survey creation, enabling you to generate standardized documents and streamline your data collection and distribution. RamDocs gives your department the power to create and manage your own workflows, putting control directly in your hands. Access RamDocs

Provisioned users can access RamDocs via the fordham.edu portal > My Apps > Applications > RamDocs.

Getting Started with RamDocs

  1. Contact your department’s data steward with your interest in utilizing RamDocs.
    • Each area at Fordham has a designated data steward to ensure a consistent message and avoid duplication of effort. Data stewards are authorized to approve access to develop digital solutions for their area. If you are unsure of who the data steward is in your area, email [email protected] for assistance. 
  2. Then, submit a ticket to the Service Desk by emailing [email protected] or calling 718-817-3999.  
  3. The Enterprise Process and Content Services team will work with you to set up RamDocs access.
