We photograph all major University events from opening day to commencement, as well as various academic lectures and student activities as part of Fordham News coverage. In addition, we regularly arrange for on-campus photo shoots to supplement our collection of images for use in advertising and marketing. 

We utilize a stable of freelance photographers and ask that our photographers agree to our Photography Licensing Agreement. If you are a photographer who would like to work with us, please contact [email protected]. 

Need Photography?

Your events are likely to be photographed if they are to be featured in Fordham News. To request coverage of an event, please contact [email protected]. We will evaluate your request with an eye towards “newsworthiness.” We must also prioritize some events over others due to limited resources. If we are unable to cover your event, we can refer one of our regular photographers to you.

UMC also maintains an extensive library of campus photography. Please contact [email protected] with any specific photography needs you have.

Video

UMC produces dozens of videos each year to support news and event coverage and marketing activities. We have videographer, editing, and equipment resources in-house. Most of our videos are posted on Fordham’s YouTube channel. We can provide assistance and guidance to help you with your video projects. We can also provide campus "B-roll."
