J-1 visa

Generally, a non-immigrant who wishes to visit Fordham "to conduct research" will be considered a Research Scholar and will be offered J-1 status under Fordham University’s J-1 program sponsorship.

Green Card Process

The Office for International Services can assist eligible employees with the Green Card process. If you believe you may be eligible, please have your Department/area/division Chair contact the dean of your school.  The dean’s office will reach out to the Office of Faculty Affairs for further guidance.
