Main Ceremony

The main ceremony will be livestreamed at fordham.edu/commencement on May 18 at 10 a.m. At this ceremony, degrees are officially conferred by the president, and students are recognized as a group by the dean of their college or school.

Diploma Ceremonies

At the college and school diploma ceremonies—which follow the main ceremony on May 18 and are held on May 20 and 21—each student’s name is announced and they receive a ceremonial scroll from the dean.
