Gabelli School Of Business Graduate Diploma Ceremony
Date: Tuesday, May 21, 2024
Time: 4:00 p.m. – Please arrive by no later than 2:30 for the check-in and lineup (If you do not have a cap, gown, and hood, you will not be able to participate in the ceremony)
What Happens at this Ceremony: Master’s and doctoral degree candidates walk and individually receive their ceremonial diploma scroll from Dean Lerzan Aksoy during this ceremony. Doctoral students will be hooded by their advisors.
Ceremony Location: Edwards Parade (in front of Keating Hall), Fordham University Rose Hill Campus, Bronx NY. Volunteers will be available to get you lined up by degree program.
See the Severe Weather Plan for locations in case of extreme weather conditions. This does not mean light rain. (Only 2 guest tickets will be distributed if ceremony moves indoors.)

Cap and Gown Pick Up Information
If you ordered a cap and gown that you are picking up, dates and locations for pick up are listed below. Please note, if you do not have a cap and gown, you will not be able to participate in either ceremony.
If you still need to acquire graduation attire, Herff Jones, the cap and gown vendor, will have some gowns available during the pick-up dates at the locations listed below. You can pay onsite and take them with you. Please be aware that these will be your last opportunities to secure your attire. It is absolutely NOT ADVISABLE to wait until the day of the ceremony to secure your attire, as caps and gowns may be in very short supply.

Gabelli Caps and Gowns not picked up in advance will be available between 8 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21 in the McShane Campus Center, 1st Floor Multipurpose Room at the Rose Hill campus.
