Affidavit of Support (AFCOE)

The Affidavit of Support is required to issue the SEVIS I-20 or DS-2019 for all incoming international students who will pursue F or J status. It can be submitted with your application or later on after the admission decision has been finalized. Check with your department. This form can be used for almost all schools at Fordham.

Gabelli Graduate AFCOE 2024 - 2025 - If you are a Gabelli Graduate Program student, please use this AFCOE form.

Once the I-20/DS 2019is issued, a notification email with shipping options will be sent to you. Please DO NOT email us to find out when your I-20 will be mailed to you. We understand that all students have urgent requests because of their upcoming visa interview, and we do our best to mail out I-20s in a timely fashion. It generally takes two weeks for your I-20 to be mailed, once we have received all the proper documentation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
