Communication and Media Studies students are encouraged to enhance their educational experience by studying in other countries and cultures.

Many CMS majors take advantage of study abroad opportunities around the world after their sophomore year -- for a semester, a year, or a summer -- through Fordham University's own programs or approved exchange programs with international partners specifically designed for CMS majors. If interested:

• Meet with your academic advisor.
• Meet with the CMS study abroad advisor, Dr. Lewis Freeman in Fall and Spring semesters. During the summer, contact [email protected] for guidance.
• Visit the Office of Study Abroad online and identify a program of interest.
• Get approval from the CMS study abroad advisor.
• Complete the online application.
