Frank Hsu
Frank Hsu (Clavius Distinguished Professor of Science, Fordham University)
Frank Hsu is the Clavius Distinguished Professor of Science, Professor of Computer and Information Science, and Director of the Laboratory of Informatics and Data Mining (LIDM) at Fordham University. He was a visiting professor or scholar at Keio University (as IBM Chair Professor), Taiwan University, the University of Paris-Sud & CNRS, and MIT. Frank has made significant contributions as both an author and speaker in several STEM fields, including network interconnection and communications, information and cyber security, computational learning and modeling, X-informatics, and human-centered trustworthy multi-agent ML/AI systems. He has also served as an editor and organizer for numerous journals and conferences, including co-founding the Journal of Interconnection Networks (JOIN, 2000–present) and the International Conference on Cyber Security (ICCS, 2009–present). Frank earned his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan and is an Executive Committee member of the IEEE New York Section.
