David Mark
David earned his BA, cum laude, from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, in 1995. He earned an MS from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism in 1997.
David Mark is editor-in-chief of Campaigns & Elections magazine, the non-partisan monthly publication that covers the political consulting world and politics in general. He was previously a reporter for Congressional Quarterly, where he covered the House of Representatives. Prior to that he was a reporter for the Associated Press in Tallahassee, Florida, where he covered state government. His first reporting job was in his hometown of Pasadena, California as a staff writer for the Pasadena Star-News.
In the summer of 2001 he delivered talk on politics and Congress at the United States Consulate in Sydney, Australia.
He lives in Bethesda, Maryland.
