Fall 2023 semester

Faculty Sponsored Research Orientation – October 11, 2023. This orientation will take place at the Rose Hill campus, Keating 124, and on Zoom. Email announcements will follow.

Fordham-IBM Workshop on Generative AI – October 27, 2023. 10:30 am – 3:30 pm. This workshop on generative AI will be a joint presentation between Fordham and IBM researchers. It will be held on the Rose Hill campus in the Walsh Library, O’Hare Room.

NIH grant Workshop – November 3, 2023. 10:00 am – 1:00 pm. At Lincoln Center campus, location TBD. This workshop will provide faculty with insight from two former program officers of the National Institute of Health (NIH) on how to successfully apply for federal awards highlighting how to find the right opportunity and what reviewers look for during the review process. 

Global Studies Consortium Forum – December 7, 2023, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. The theme of this forum will be “Socioeconomic Inclusion and Community Empowerment.” Featured are a keynote speaker and a roundtable discussion with panelists from a variety of disciplines. These events will be held at the Lincoln Center campus, Lowenstein Center, Pope auditorium. 

Spring 2024 semester

Research Day 2024 – Monday, April 22, 2024.

To be held at the Walsh Library on the Rose Hill campus. We will honor the Distinguished Research Awardees for 2024 and hold other events.  Please mark your calendar.
