Akane Zusho

Akane Zusho is professor and chair of the Division of Educational Leadership, Administration, and Policy at Fordham’s Graduate School of Education and faculty director of the Bronx Research Institute for Community Solutions. She is editor-in-chief of the Journal of Experimental Education and her research examines culture, achievement motivation, self-regulated learning, and educational equity. She received the American Psychological Association’s Richard E. Snow Early Contributions Award. She holds BA, MA, and PhD degrees in education and psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
