Performance Management
Fordham’s Annual Performance Management Process is an opportunity to set individual and team goals that are aligned with the University’s strategic plan. It creates a work environment where employees are empowered to perform to the best of their abilities. Moreover, it encourages ongoing communication between a supervisor and employee, facilitating coaching, feedback, and progress reporting.
Lifelong Learning
We encourage employees to be lifelong learners, so Fordham’s Learning Management System( LMS) assists employees in handling all aspects of their professional learning journey. The LMS portal provides the tools to customize learning experiences so employees can reach their career goals in ways that work best for them.
