Caroline Dahlgren
Caroline Dahlgren is the director of global consumer insights at Tiffany & Co. and leads all of the brand's qualitative and quantitative consumer research. She plays a critical role in establishing and translating consumer complexities into actionable insights and supplies essential intelligence, which is used to define consumer-centric strategies for the organization. Before joining Consumer Insights, Dahlgren held a variety of other roles throughout her decade-plus tenure at Tiffany & Co., including positions in financial planning and analysis, supply chain management, and compliance, culminating in an extensive cross-disciplinary knowledge of the luxury and retail industry.
Dahlgren is a graduate of Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business (B.S. ’11 and M.B.A. ’14). She received the Gabelli Alumn of the Year Award in 2019 and, in 2023, joined the Gabelli School of Business as an adjunct faculty member. She is chair of the Innovation Committee for the Gabelli School of Business Advisory Board and a trustee of Nazareth Academy High School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
