Caroline Dahlgren is the Director of Global Consumer Insights at Tiffany & Co. and leads all qualitative and quantitative consumer research for the brand. She plays a critical role in establishing and translating consumer complexities into actionable insights and supplies essential intelligence used to define consumer-centric strategies for the organization. Before joining Consumer Insights, Caroline held a variety of other roles over the course of her decade-plus tenure at Tiffany & Co., including positions in Financial Planning and Analysis, Supply Chain Management, and Compliance, culminating in an extensive cross-disciplinary knowledge of the luxury and retail industry.
Caroline is a graduate of Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business (BS ’11 and MBA ’14). She received the Gabelli Alumnus of the Year Award in 2019 and, in 2023, joined the Gabelli School of Business as an adjunct faculty member. Caroline also serves as a member of the Gabelli School of Business Advisory Board and is a Trustee of Nazareth Academy High School in Philadelphia, PA.
