The Fordham University Real Estate Institute offers a comprehensive array of degree and nondegree programs including a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) degree, a Master of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED) degree, a Master of Science in Construction Management (MSCM) degree, advanced certificates in Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Management, and Construction Management. a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate (BSRE) degree and noncredit professional certificates.

Developed and taught by leading industry practitioners, our programs provide real-world professional skill sets for current and up and coming industry professionals. Classes can be taken in-person, online, and at various paces. Classes are held at Fordham's Lincoln Center campus in Midtown Manhattan and its campus in Westchester, New York.
