Attendance is mandatory for all four of the on-site meeting days for two weekend intensive courses and students must attend all on-site sessions in full.

Since there are a limited number of face-to-face instructional hours, this policy in non-negotiable. Students who miss any meeting sessions, in part or in whole, will be penalized a letter grade for each day that class time was missed. Students who miss more than two meeting sessions will fail the course and will be assigned a grade of F.

Grade appeals or tuition refund appeals will not be considered for any student whose appeal is based on missed meeting days for a two weekend intensive course. Should students encounter difficulties during the term, they should contact their advising dean immediately for assistance.

Tuition Refund Policy

Two weekend intensive courses follow the standard tuition refund policy that is published online and in the PCS course schedule.

Withdrawals and refunds will be processed according to the academic calendar and in accordance with the standard University refund policy.
